General structural inspection includes:

• All exterior, roof, attic, and crawl spaces
• All interior surfaces and plumbing, heating, electrical systems
• Pest Inspection including additional report of any findings

On-site report includes:

• Computer printout of inspector’s assessments
• Detailed explanation, in terms you can understand, of the property’s marginal or defective items during a walk through the property with you

VI Inspections also offers an Air Quality testing service, and can provide a separate printed report with the results. There is an additional fee for this service.
